Refund Policy
An artwork needs to live in its space to be certain that it's the right investment for you. So all investors have 30 days to return an original artwork for any reason. You will be fully refunded, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return process, contact us at janinehall@optusnet.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your artwork upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Limited edition prints are made to order, and are not eligible for our return policy. So please choose your print size carefully.
Refunds
Once the artwork is returned in its undamaged, original condition, your refund will be processed less any postage or delivery costs incurred.
